Attendance:
Cam, Ilaina, Emma, Bromwyn, Rachel, Miryam.
Items:
1) AGM Update: Positions filled: Rachel, Advocacy rep, Garret, GSS Rep, Emma, Financial coordinator, Alyssa, Coordinator.
2) Conference Update: Things are moving ahead. Please volunteer. Most places have heard about this. The word is getting out. Some workshop leaders are confirmed, as are both keynote speakers. Michelle Pujol room booked. Food still being worked on. Dance assisted by the PSN. Gift packages being put together. There is a play on the 18th: Queermas Storm. It'll be supporting the conference. There will be a January dance to fundraise. We need billets.

Rachel is planning on taking over tweeting duties.

- Volunteer Training: We should set up a training session when we get back from winter break.

-- Facilitators?
All of these are good ideas.
- Coordinator Training: Ilaina will make an agree-a-date to train people on the Coordinating committee.
