The University of Victoria Student Union Building has a variety of rooms to availble for your meeting or function.

Michele Pujol Room

This 5000 square foot room with floor to ceiling windows and natural daylight can easily accommodate up to 200 people banquet style and 400 theatre style.   The Michele Pujol Room can also be divided into two separate rooms with a sound proof wall creating 2000 and 3000 square foot meeting rooms. 

Upper Lounge - Rooms 110a & 110b

The Upper Lounge is available from May 1-August 31 for rental.  Rooms 110a & 110b can be rented year round for boardroom style and casual meetings.  Both rooms can seat 25 people theatre style or 12 boardroom style.  110a & 110b can also be rented as storage space or offices when meeting space is booked in the Michele Pujol Room.

Boardrooms – Room B024, B025 & B028

Ranging in size from 200 to 400 square feet, our boardrooms are a great meeting location for small groups.  All rooms have natural light, with opening windows and are equipped with two whiteboards per room.

Cinecenta

The Cinecenta Theatre is available Monday through Thursday (available Mon-Sun, May 1-Aug 31) 7:00am-4:00pm for rental.  With theatre style seating for 300 people, this space is ideal for lectures and larger presentations.
